1. For all refund and credits requests customer have to provide respective cheque number or online transaction number details to the Estate Manager at site.
  2. Customer can view the credit / debit of all transactions at www.mybpms.in or may obtain statement of accounts.
  3. Customer have to timely pay all maintenance charges, electricity and other charges as may be demanded by BPMS on regular basis to avoid any disruption in services.
  4. Timely payment is essence and interest will be charged on the delayed payments and partial payments.
  5. Customer can take clarity of the billed amount from the respective Estate Manager.
