Business Park Maintenance Services Private Limited can do refund of charges in following conditions :

  1. Online payment of monthly maintenance charges / other payments credited in some other’s unit by Customer.
  2. Payment done by online channels and credited in different account by automated software updation.
  3. Customer must pay all maintenance charges on regular basis and in case of excess amount left unutilized with BPMS then firstly it shall be apportioned against outstanding amounts and post this adjustment, any excess amount is left then same may be refunded or be got adjusted in subsequent bills.
  4. Payment credited in ledgers of old customer account instead to current owner of the unit.

For refund customer have to report and discuss the same with respective Estate Manager. Estate Manager will take this matter with local branch office of Business Park Maintenance Services Private Limited
